HOW IT WORKS

New to the rental process? Let us walk you through all the steps to building your revolving wardrobe with us. 

STEP ONE

SHOP FOR ANY OCCASION

Browse through our selection of rental designer dresses, sets and seperates and find an outfit that you love.

If you need to search by a particular time period, you can use our availability search here which will only show you garments that are available for your defined date range.

STEP TWO

SELECT A TIMEFRAME

On our booking calendar, choose the time period that you wish to rent your garment for.

Standard overnight rentals are for 2 days, meaning you book for the day of your event and your garment will need to be sent back to us the following business day. But you can rent any of our items for up to a week. To guarantee that your items get to you in time, we recommend allowing at least 3 business days between the time you create the booking and your start date for your event. 

Please note, if your event is during the day, ensure you book the start date as the day before your event. This is to ensure we can send it to you as early as possible as the start date changes the buffer between bookings. This also takes into account any courier delays.

If you are travelling, please book for the day before you leave to ensure you get your garment in time.

STEP THREE

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Once your item has been added to your cart, head over to checkout to finalise your order. Be sure to read our rental agreement prior to completing your order. At checkout, you'll also be given the options to add insurance or a backup option to your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed which will outline your rental period and the day your rental will be due back to us.


Our courier pickup is 3pm Monday-Friday, so any orders made after 3pm will be sent the following day. Couriers do not run on Sundays. For orders made after 3pm on Wednesday for the weekend, you MUST select Saturday delivery at checkout to ensure this can get to you in time. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been collected from us by the courier. This may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check! Please note that as the renter, you are responsible for tracking and monitoring your own parcel.

STEP FOUR

RETURN YOUR RENTAL

The following business day when your booking period ends, place your garment back into the return postal bag that we supply. Hand this over the counter at your local post shop so that it can be scanned. DO NOT put your rental into a street postbox, as these are not cleared regularly and we are unable to track your garment when this is done.


Garments MUST be returned prior on the return date noted on your order. Failure to do so may result in late fees.

OUR BACKUP OPTION

Our backup dress option allows you to try on a second outfit in the comfort our your home for just $15! It’s also a great option if you can’t choose between a couple of different styles. 

When booking a backup, you will need to check that both items are available for entire time period you want to rent them for. You can do this easily with our availability search. Both items will need to be returned at the same time, regardless of which you wear. 

Please note that our sets and seperates cannot be booked as backups.
